  • How long is this course?

    40 days.

  • Do I have to complete this in 40 days?

    No. The 40 days of the course represent 40 learning segments. Although each segment is designed to be completed in a day, you do not have to complete the course within 40 calendar days. You can work at your own pace and around your own schedule. (We do recommend completing all the work for one "day" of the course before moving to the next "day" within the course.) You will have ongoing access to the course and can re-visit the lessons as needed.

  • I've never completed the Eat This Book self-study workbook. Can I still take the class?

    Yes, absolutely! However, we do recommend you have the self-study book to use as you work through this online course.

  • I already completed the Eat This Book self-study workbook. Can I benefit from this class?

    Yes! Although the content is based on the original lessons, Eat This Book Online is an immersive experience which gives 40 different videos, 40 days of lesson notes, and 40 days of God-connection devotions. It allows you to expand your love for the Word of God, dive deeper into your study of the Word of God, and broaden your understanding of what you are studying. There are links to resources illustrating and illuminating different points, interviews with scholars, summaries of research into different ways we can expand our learning capabilities, and so much more. If you completed the Eat This Book class or self-study book, this is that times ten. It is the original Eat This Book coming to life!

  • Is there a video for each day, or do I learn once per week like the original self-study book?

    You will learn through 40 daily video lessons. Each segment is short and focuses on one aspect of the lesson.

  • Is the journal the same as the journal entries that accompany the original self-study book?

    No. This brand-new Eat This Book 40-day God & Me journal was created for the online course and will help students learn how to apply the concepts from the course to their daily God-connection time through guided entries.
